With the economic development, the differences of various companies' products and service vanished. The competitors can copy your products or service by imitation because of the technological advance. If the company wants to have a better market than their competitors, it should establish a marketing network. That is to say, the company should enhance the customer loyalty to maintain or expand their market. And the marketing network is the resource that the competitors aren't able to copy. The relationship marketing was brought about for this. The highest level of relationship marketing is partnership. This paper will tell you how to identify the different customers, and help you make a decision on whether cooperation. You will find out that the cooperation will be good for the company.
