Now, a new consumption need, experience need, is attracting more and more interest from companies. Those companies who implement experience marketing first will have some time advantages in market competition. Experience marketing era is coming. In the former part, this thesis analyzes the innateness characteristic of customer experience need, and experience need will continually rapidly increase along with the development and perfect of experience economy conditions. In the latter part, it focuses on the experience consumption trend and its advantages.
