Combination Analysis on Strategic Leverage and Core Competence in XATC

摘要

The establishment of the combination model of XA Telecom Corporation (XATC) strategic analysis mainly employs the theories of Strategic Leverage, Core Competence and Boston matrix model. On the basis of the systematic analysis of chief telecommunication services, we apply this new leverage/competence model to decide the corresponding position of each service. The corresponding business tactics are also brought forward.
