The purpose of this study is to examine the Korean EFL (English as a foreign language) pre-service teachers' motivations of choosing English language teaching as their future profession and also investigate the possibilities of utilizing Google Forms as a data gathering and analyzing tool. What motivated EFL pre-service teachers to choose teaching as their career was investigated using the adapted FIT-Choice scale (Factors Influencing Teaching choice scale). The participants of this study responded to the questionnaire of 30 motivational factors that had influenced them to choose English teaching as a future profession when entering university. This study revealed that the main motivational factors for Korean EFL pre-service teachers' decision to become English teachers were the intrinsic motivations. The next important motivational factors were altruistic motivations followed by extrinsic motivations.
