High frequency properties of hexaferrites have been measured and it is clarified that the FMR frequency of the test materials could be tuned in the range 2.5 GHz to 20 GHz. This work describes a new soft magnetic application beyond 5 GHz 一 one of the proposed carrier frequency band for next generation telecommunication systems, by employing the test hexaferrite composite with IC chip interposer.
