A composite film is widely used as a functional film. However, when the composite plating was fabricated, the particles aregenerally contained in the plating bath. The bath with plating has disadvantages such as deterioration of bath stability and difficultyof filtering. This study reports preparation of composite films from non-suspended solution. A zinc plating was used as a matrixplating. In this study, two kinds of bath were used, addition of aluminum ion and addition of titanium ion. In region near the cathode,pH is abruptly increases by hydrogen evolution and aluminum ion and titanium ion change hydroxide powder or oxide powder. Inthe case of aluminum ion addition, the Al content ratio, Al content / (Al content + Zn content), increased over 30 at% and the Alcontained fine 2lO3. In the case of titanium ion addition, the Ti content ratio was less than 2 at%. The titaniumeasily changed to hydroxide and it deposited in the bath. A complexing agent is important to prevent hydroxide deposition. Agluconic acid is effective.
