The SZR straight line shaker applied in a sintering plant is used as an example.Based on the shaker's performance,the inherent mode of vibration,the natural frequency and other factors were analyzed,an improvement method was proposed.The finite element analysis is used to simulate the exciting force,and performed the vibration mode and statical analysis.This will improve its application in the production practice,with a significant effect.
