摘要

The objective was to determine the content of flavonoid and polysaccharides in Magnolia sieboldii K. Koch. Leaves of M. sieboldii were extracted by ultrasonic method and the total content of flavonoid and polysaccharides in M. skbodlii leaves were determined with UV spectrophotometer. The content of flavonoid in M. sieboldii K.Koch leaves under 510nm was 7.763%. The content of polysaccharides under 490nm was 1.08%. The result is good for the improvement of the content measurement of flavonoid and polysaccharides in M. sieboldii.
