摘要

This paper introduces the structure of fusion angle welder. The temperature control based PID was analyzed. The control system was related to electrohydraulic proportional valve. Parameters of fusion welding about plastic pressure-pipe are different for varying pipe diameters and ambient conditions. The optimized control parameters for engineering demand were realized through compuret. The applieation of hot plate in wold was described. The systey employed industrial control computer to control signal's collecting,data processing and displaying. The whole system was automated. The result shows that the system can accurately control weld process.
