摘要

Considering the important role that service plays in the college teaching information system development process, the effective customer satisfaction index system for college teaching information system is established in this paper and the structural equation model is given, based on the satisfaction of both the teachers and students. Moreover, the analysis steps for modeling are listed and instructional meaning of the outcome toward practice is discussed.
