Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital and Management Performance

摘要

this paper analyzes the relationship between corporate governance, intellectual capital, and management performance among Taiwanese companies from 2000 to 2009. The method is using two stage regressions to test the relationship. We suggest a new measure item to appropriate market performance at the cross sectional analysis, with measures of structural capital required to be redesigned. It was also found that organizational capital has an influence on performance.
