Research on Universities Sports Club Management Based on Self-organizing Theory

摘要

The paper based on the management inspiration in analysing and researching the universities sports club as purpose, has the self-organization theory of universities sports club management in vision, by using the dissipative structure theory to analyse the universities sports club management and to realize the sustainable development of universities sports management. The dissipative structure theory has been put in use to analyse the characteristics of universities sports club, On that basis, to make further exploration under the pespevtive of dissipative structure theory the inspiration on universities sports club management ,and provide theoretical reference for the development of universities sports clubs.
