the relationship between enterprises and employees is a win-win cooperation relationship like trains and passengers. Enterprises want excellent staffs that are self-driven and not corruptive. A certain kind of employee profit model given by enterprises will lead to a corresponding certain kind of employee behaviors. When the employee profit model staffs choose which is the most beneficial to their own is the salary structure, employees are best self-driven.
