The Research on Internet Electronic Identity Management Model and Legal Protection

摘要

Reliable electronic identity (elD) lies at the core of delivering successful, trustworthy online services. Some major developed countries actively have promote the Electronic Identity Card Scheme, made legal system, management mechanism and national strategies of identity management, began to explore the top management mechanism in order to achieve the true identity management of the virtual community. Based on the analysis of electronic identity management system to be constructed for challenge, this paper analyzes the development bottlenecks of network real-name system in China, then proposes a electronic identity management model for China's conditions, and discusses the issues about the operating mechanism, information security, personal privacy protection and legal basis that model may cause, finally provides corresponding legal suggestions.
