On the Vulnerable Groups and two Principles of the law

摘要

Based on the analysis of the vulnerable groups and two principles of the Western law,this article clarified the key to solve the problems of the disadvantaged groups.In the first place,the political status and political rights of the weak problems should be solved,whereas to solve the political status and political rights issues,the principles of laws must be adopted to limit the behavior of the powerful groups which is an important conclusion for solving the weak problems.This is a significant and fundamental solution to the problems of vulnerable groups.
