摘要

Good organizational culture was a important way to improve organizational management effectiveness. School organization was treated as the effective way to improve school management by education managers and researchers. By quantitative research, 345 primary and secondary school teachers in South of Jiangsu Province were investigated. The results indicated that: (1) the cognition of teachers of organizational culture was in the middle above level; (2) teachers' cognition of types of organizational culture was differente because of their different demographic variables (gender, age, education, length of service, teaching subjects, cognition of school character) ; (3) teachers' cognition of organizational culture was differente because of their demographic variables (gender, age, education, length of service, teaching subjects, cognition of school character).
