PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly and convenient-to-use school juridical organization accounting system allowing journalizing of even a transaction without fund transfer, and allowing journalizing data input by a transfer slip format so as to reduce labor of a user.;SOLUTION: In this school juridical organization accounting system, a screen is divided into a debit item column and a credit item column, one or more sections are provided in both the columns, and a slit input screen (a journalizing data input screen) of a configuration wherein an item input column and an amount input column are provided in each the section is displayed on a display means. Item data and amount data are inputted in the item input column and the amount input column of the slit input screen by use of a data input means. The inputted item data and amount data of each the section are recorded in a recording means as one record together with a section number and credit/debit classification thereof. The recorded amount data are totaled in each the credit/debit classification and item, and a fund income/expenditure statement, a consumption income/expenditure statement and a balance sheet are printed by a printer on the basis of a totaled amount thereof and the item.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
