Problems and Countermeasures of Wetland Tourism Resources Development in Heilongjiang Province

Due to the culture diversity, landscape diversity and biodiversity of wetland tourism resources, it is a vulnerable resource comparing to others. Some problems have arisen in development of wetland tourism resources in Heilongjiang province, such as serious pollution owing to poor management, ecological problems because of excessive development, the damaged biodiversity, etc, impeding the sustainable development of ecotourism. In view of this, effective measures have been put forward based on the analysis of above problems in this paper. The governments should implement overall planning, unified management, and reasonable function division, and so on to protect the wetland tourism resources. In addition, improving the management quality, evaluating the ecotourism environment bearing capacity scientifically, strengthening the relevant legal system construction, enhancing propaganda and raise people's awareness of environment protection are of great importance to promote the harmonious development of tourism exploitation and environment protection.
