Ecotourism and Nature Reserve Sustainability in Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China

The development of ecotourism in nature reserve has made great progress in the amount and quality in Heilongjiang province. However, there still exist some problems that has hindered the sustainable development of ecotourism and nature reserves. This paper analyses the existing some problems and takes some suggestions on ecotourism in nature reserve. The objective is to promote the sustainable development of ecotourism in nature reserve. The results indicated that the imperfect management system, conspicuous contradictions between natural resources protection and economic and social development, insufficiency of expenditure, and conflicts between nature reserves and local community were the main problems. Therefore, this paper takes some suggestions to promote ecotourism and nature reserves sustainability: formulating the programming of ecotourism, dividing the main-functional zones, designing the product of ecotourism, Strengthening tourism management, promoting the community participation, and cooperating the relations of different stakeholders.
