The Formation of the Quick Response Capability Assessment Index System of Logistics Companies

摘要

To assess logistics quick response capability in a right way is basically helpful to bring competitive edges for a logistics company. After reliability analysis, factor analysis, and validity analysis conducted on the collected questionnaires, this paper formed a logistics quick response capability assessment index system, a 2-level hierarchy structure, composed of (7 secondary indexes and 41 tertiary indexes. The assessment system can be applied to evaluate quick response capability of logistics companies.
