摘要

The management of university counselor's evaluation is an important content of college counselor system. But for instructors, performance assessment or evaluation is uncertain problem. The subjective influence of assessment in the process of the measurement is bigger. Therefore, establishing scientific performance evaluation quantification model can weaken subjective factors, and improve the scientific, objective assessment results.
