摘要

This research explored the key effect factors of effectiveness of team learning. The effective factors include team process variables, which refers to communication, back up behaviors, and free riding. This research shows the following results: the communication and back up behaviors among team members positively influence the team performance and satisfaction; the free riding behavior is a negative effective factor to team members' satisfaction.
