The innovation ecosystem of hi-tech enterprises is a technological innovation system with the similar characters of natural eco-system, it is composed of hi-tech enterprises worldwide based on the technology standard and platform. Pricing which causes the profits to flow among the copartners becomes the effective means of profits distribution in the innovation ecosystem. Plentiful cases contribute to prove that the pricing models about innovation ecosystem of hi-tech enterprises include the free model in which the system sells a lot of profitable products through the large customer scale expanded by ant economic effect, the price subsidy model which obtains benefits by selling amount of low-price products bundled with complementary product through cross network effects, the technology standard pricing model grounded on patent cross license and patent portfolio license, as well as the platform pricing including one-sided pricing and two-sides pricing.
