Construction of training information management system of Cenozoic peasant workers in China

摘要

Training information management system of the Cenozoic peasant workers is making full use of computer networks and information management function to base training management of peasant worker on information. The system enables information sharing among the Cenozoic peasant workers, training institutions and enterprise. As the enterprise inquires about the peasant workers training condition, training enthusiasm of peasant workers is improved, and human resources management is more standardized. This article based on analysis of the role of training information management systems of the Cenozoic peasant workers, has developed the general structure of the system and described the function of each system module, Finally, proposed the way of system management and realization, promoted the design and the implementation of training information management system of the Cenozoic peasant workers.
