This paper proposed robustness study in the dual-rotor continuous mixer control system. Based on an in-depth and comprehensive study on the control system including hardware and software, system architecture was realized and main results were attained: (1) According to the working environment and functional requirements, the appropriate software and hardware were selected, and the control system structure, logic, communication were designed. (2) “Failure Avoiding Strategy” was used in researching and designing the software control system. Based on the analysis of possibile misoperations, in the PC interface, the flow chart designing method was used and modular designing method was adopted in the PLC control system. (3) In the robustness research of temperature control system, the H robust control method were applied. According to Lyapunov stability theory, this paper described the H robust controlled LMI. Matlab were adopted to solve and simulate the robustness of temperature control system.
