摘要

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job insecurity and emotional exhaustion based on Foxconn jumping incidents. Results showed that emotional support and instrumental support can both buffer the effect of job insecurity on employees' emotional exhaustion. The study also explored the mediating effect when the buffering effect existed. Results indicated that when organization provided high emotional support, the mediating effect would not be evident. When organization provided high instrumental support, emotional labor will mediate the relationship between job insecurity and emotional exhaustion.
