PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation procedure extraction system capable of reducing man hour of an incident management job such as flow creation and parameter file creation.;SOLUTION: In an operation procedure extraction system 13, a parameter file is created, in which pieces of information on an incident database 7 of monitoring object equipment 2 of a data center 1 in a system for monitoring the monitoring object equipment 2 and performing an incident handling job of the monitoring object equipment 2, an operation log file 12 of the incident handling job of the monitoring object equipment 2, a procedure manual 11 corresponding to an incident, and a procedure retrieval policy 14 in which combinations of commands and parameters are stored are input, and a command string which should be defined in a flow of the incident handling job, and an extraction source required for the flow are specified based on the pieces of input information on the incident database 7, the log file, the procedure manual, and the procedure retrieval policy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
