摘要

The purpose of this paper is to identify learners' perceptions of online learning. Five hundred forty-one participants were asked to respond a survey consisting items regarding learners' perceptions. Four factors (course management, communications, flexibility, course design) regarding learners' perceived quality of online courses were determined in this study. The study looked at the role of certain factors related to learners' perceptions of online courses. To improve learners' satisfaction in online courses, educators and instructional designers in Taiwan are encouraged to offer flexible online learning environments and strengthen course designs to fit online learners' needs.
