摘要

Nowadays the proportion of small and medium enterprises in national economy is becoming higher and higher. Also small and mediumenterprises are turning into the key-supporting object of national policy. So it is more and more important to research the management evaluation of small and medium enterprises, no matter from the outside or the inside. This paper started with the evaluation of SMEs' human resources, and then constructed an evaluation system including working-capacity, mental-capacity, technique-capacity and task-conditions. Then we used the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyse the index evaluation system combining with one practical SME. Lastly according to the educed evaluating coefficient we can grasp the strength of SMEs' HR more definitely and also realize the aspects to be improved.
机译:如今,中小企业在国民经济中的比重越来越高。中小企业也正在成为国家政策的主要支持对象。因此,无论是外部还是内部,研究中小企业的管理评价都变得越来越重要。本文从中小企业人力资源评价入手,构建了包括工作能力,心理能力,技术能力和任务条件在内的评价体系。然后,运用层次分析法的理论,结合一种实际的中小企业对指标评价体系进行了分析。最后,根据得出的评价系数,可以更加准确地掌握中小企业人力资源的实力,并认识到有待改进的方面。
