摘要

On the base of clarifying the vocational and technical education with adult education's characteristics in poor rural areas discusses the principles of professional settings on vocational and technical education with adult education in the new era. Firstly, the principles of feasibility and objectivity. Namely acts according to own school ability and the condition, depends on social strength union school and so on enterprise; Secondly, the principle of ahead of predictability. Namely in analyzes the local industrial structure change tendency in the foundation, can foresee in the future the local leading industry the role which plays to the specialized construction, also has laid the foundation for student's employment. Thirdly, the principle of rational distribution. We should plan the profession in accordance with the local economy characteristics. Fourthly, the local principle. Setting profession must be in line with the local conditions, based on local realities, according to the advantages of region's resource .Finally, on the problems and Solutions of the rural vocational and technical education with adult education, adjusting the profession in accordance with changes in economic and industrial structure, broadening the channels of school, updating the management system in the rural areas comprehensively; also pointed out that developing rural vocational and technical education in the form of distance education is the key of a well-off society, developing the rural economy, the realization of agricultural modernization, improving the labor's quality.
