2002年荒崎水害にみる土地利用変化と水防体制の関連性に関する調査研究

This study shows the relationship between land use change and flood prevention system and makes following things clear by interview survey for neighborhood disaster organizations in Arasaki area. Firstly, we developed a geomorphologic land classification map showing flood vulnerability factors related to flood characteristics of the Arasaki area. Secondly, we studied the relationship of trend between land use in 1891, 1974 and 2000. Thirdly, we investigated neighborhood disaster organizations using open-interview method in three specific study areas in the Arasaki area, Ogaki City. Lastly, we discussed the flood vulnerability of the study area and activities of the neighborhood disaster organizations in response to the 2002 flood.
