With the constant transformation in organizational management, psychological contract,group cohesiveness, and organizational performance become the organizational behavior and human resources management hot spots. This paper reviewed the concept, the connation and application of relevant research about psychological contract and group cohesiveness, has discussed the interactive relationships among psychological contract, group cohesiveness and organizational performance in the management practice.
