RESEARCH ON A NEW SERVICEMODE OF NETWORKED LOGISTICS ORGANIZATION IN E-COMMERCE ENVIROMENT

The rapid development of E-Commerce is leading to an innovation in the mode of logistics organization,and networking is just the necessary trend of the innovation of logistics organization. With the development ofinformation technology, the costs of information searching and cooperation in market trading have been enormouslydecreased, which results in a wide cooperation of all kinds of logistics organization. This article will focus on thenetworked logistics organization. Three different forms of cooperation among logistics organization will bediscussed in this article: agency-as-core, the third party logistics-as-core, and market-as-core. Except external factors,the direct driver of the networking of logistics organization is to take advantage of the network, namely, thenecessaries for logistics organization to build competitive advantages and segregate operating risks. In the last partof the article, the author mainly studies the impact of logistics information network construction on the networkingoperation of logistics organization, and put forward a view that it's necessary to build up a logistics informationnetwork accommodating to the requirements of the networking of logistics organization in China. The share of theinformation network can promote the integration of industry resources and build up the integration advantage oflogistics industry.
