The Research on City Energy Conservation Evaluation

摘要

Based on analyzing the limits of the current energy conservation indexes,the article forms a city energy conservation evaluation index system. It contains 27 indexes in 3 levels about industry,building,city transportation and residential consumption. According to some standard,the article divides city energy conservation level into 4 classes and forms energy conservation evaluation model.In the end,it takes one city as an example to carry on empirical research. The result proves the city energy conservation level is the Ⅲ class in 2005,belonging to advanced energy conservation level.The industrial energy conservation result is much better,but the job of energy conservation in the field of building,transportation and life consumption needs to be strengthened. The analysis result basically reflects the actual condition of the city energy consumption.
