PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving evaluation system capable of increasing evaluation accuracy of energy consumption amount based on application without using any measuring device for particular application of energy.;SOLUTION: In a classification estimation section 10, a first processing part 101 calculates a constitution ratio of each application in yearly energy consumption amount based on a model case, and a second processing part 102 prorates an actual value of the yearly energy consumption amount to each application based on the constitution ratio obtained by the first processing part 101. In the classification estimation section 10, a third processing part 103 prorates the energy consumption amount calculated by second processing part 102 for each month excepting one application by using a constitution ratio of a monthly energy consumption amount of each application in the model case. Further, in the classification estimation section 10, a fourth processing part 104 estimates energy consumption amount of the one application by subtracting energy consumption amount prorated by the third processing part 103 from the actual value of each monthly energy consumption amount.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
