Innovation of Government Administrative Mode Based on Service-oriented Government

摘要

The service-oriented government,guided by the view of citizen basis and society basis,constructed legally in accordance with the will of citizens in the framework of social democratic institution,is the government aiming at serving citizens and shouldering the service obligation. The article analyzes the problems existing in our government administrative mode,explains the necessities of building a service-oriented government,and puts forward corresponding ways of realizing the government administrative mode in terms of our national conditions.
