METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES AND GOVERNMENT FEES

A method of payment for administrative and government services and government fees involves use of telecommunication network, payment server for intermediary between server of issuer issuing and controlling payment instruments and use of software-hardware self-maintaining complex with collection server for reception of cash funds and printing payment documents. When user enters information on paid service an electronic payment document is formed, thereafter needed cash is paid to software-hardware self-maintaining complex and signal on payment is sent to the payment server. If result is positive a signal from the payment server is sent to the collection server, and payment document is printed on paper carrier.
