きらり「OICETS」の実績からみた今後の衛星光通信への期待

摘要

This paper takes a bird’s-eye view of the on-orbit experiment results of satellite system KIRARI “OICETS”, theOptical Inter-orbit Communications Engineering Test Satellite which was launched on 24th August, 2005 andcompleted its one year mission successfully with its two type first ever bi-lateral light communication. According tothese KIRARI results, we examine the next inter-satellite laser communication systems.
