Remanufacturing engineering is any of a series of technique measures or engineering activities used to repair or refit waste or old products, with the guidance of product lifecycle design and management, the aim of high quality, high efficiency, economic energy, economic material and environment protection, the artifice of advanced technology and industrialization manufacturing.It is the concept setting up under the basic belief of "cyclical society", and also the necessity of strategy of Sustainable Development. The automobile welding and assembling line is the guideline of automobile white body,and the different type of automobile has different design pattern. At present, the type of automobile changes fast for fitting the customer's personalized development. For example, Hafei Group in China developed four types of products in nearly three years, and the investment of welding and assembling line for each type was from tens of millions Yuan to hundred of million Yuan. The current situation in the world is with the new type of automobile is introduced, old body welding line will be abandoned and the new one will be designed and manufactured from zero. In this case, a great deal of resources are wasted. In view of the situation, this paper proposed the remanufacturing engineering of the automobile welding and assembling line, and discussed the design features of Automobile Welding and Assembling Line based on the aspects of design and assembly, and pointed out that remanufacturing was the development trend of Automobile Welding and Assembling Line
