A paradigm of co-operative education with industries for senior undergraduate students

摘要

The aim of this research is to explore the mechanism of the cooperation between universities and enterprises to train student's engineering ability, and to establish an effective way to improve students' engineering and practical ability. In order to achieve this goal, we try to seek a proper intermedium for this cooperation in the context of educational philosophy,targets, contents and process, so as to find out the way and means of training truly engineering-experienced talents. The cooperative program of ECUST with the IT industrial partners has been discussed in detail in this paper to illustrate our philosophy.
