There are some common characters in talent innovative cultivation. From Hong Bao's whole-person view, Newman's Gentlemen view, to Mr. Cai Yuanpei's "learned and great talented" view, they all considered the principal consciousness, practice spirit and good personal quality as the target of cultivating person. High quality is needed for innovative person and it is necessary to develop all-around education. For this reason, we must dream of fulfilling university's freedom, and the realization of "the master" teaching. We also need to learn that "all-around knowledge is the basic" and "specialized knowledge is the purpose" of the education.
