Integration Policy of Personal Health Data Management in Japan -Reform Solution of Comprehensive Health Care Services in the beginning of 21c-

In the beginning of 21c, with continuous monitoring the changes of global environment & society, health Informatics and systems management will have to tackle the tactics of information use in developing the team health services to cope with healthcare troubles caused by those change. The top common indispensable condition of healthcare information systems is that both clients and healthcare service providers share the Personal Health Data of targets. In this presentation, taking samples of Hiroshima University Hospital and surrounding area in the beginning of 21c, we would like to discuss the current condition & issues of: 1. Healthcare data network built for electronics storage and use of PHD including graphic data. 2. Team practice and clinical services linking with regions in consideration of privacy and systems security.
