A User Study of Web-Based Executive Learning System

摘要

Historically, business executives have the least opportunities to interactive with the computers among others. Executive information system is probably the only known information system dedicated to business executives. However, in Internet era, executives have more to learn to cope with the competitive business via computer-based tools. This paper focused on studying learning preferences of business executives from their computer usage, leadership style, and the learning content. A user profile is then sketched as a reference to future design of executive learning systems.
