A methodology for incorporating human factors in risk analysis of industrial systems

摘要

This paper deals with a complex distributed industrial system in which various sources of hazards can be identified. Many types of accidents are possible in such systems that can result in more or less severe consequences. A methodology for incorporating human and organisational factors in probabilistic modelling and risk analysis is outlined. Issues of uncertainty representation at different levels of the risk model are discussed and an approach to aggregate data from different sources including domain experts is proposed.
