钢铁工业系统节能评估方法

摘要

To evaluate the effectiveness and build the evaluation index system of energy conservation for iron and steel industry,the research progress of evaluation methods of energy conservation in steel and iron process industry were overviewed and summarized which based on the characteristics of energy consumption in process industry.The energy consumption per ton steel and mathematical model evaluation were discussed.The comparative analysis of system energy-saving evaluation methods were made,which was applied to evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of currently being used methods.Finally the proposal of evaluating the conservation potential in process industry system was offered.%为了评价钢铁工业系统节能效果,构建钢铁企业节能评价指标体系,本文基于钢铁流程工业能耗特点,归纳总结了钢铁流程工业系统节能评估方法研究进展.从吨钢能耗分析、数学模型化评估两个角度进行了探讨,并对现有节能评估方法进行了比较分析,评价了现有评估方法的长处和不足.最后为钢铁工业开展系统节能潜力评估提出了建议.
