Coherent light detector on a HTSC film

摘要

Using the phenomenon of the change of the surface microwave impedance of the HTSC films at its photoxexcitation, we analyse the work of the HTSC photodetector, cosidering it as the photon counter. The results obtained suggest 6the possibility o f the detection of optical coherent signals by such a detector at the non-bolometric absorption of optical radiation. The detectivity, signalosie ratio and response of photosensor are estimated.
