Reliability analysis of discrete capacity systems with random load demand

摘要

Reliability model of a discrete capacity system with random load demand is developed in the paper. The general monotone system theory is utilized to derive simple expressions for basic reliability and performance indices of the system, e.g. the availability, the failure frequency, the resotoration frequency, the mean demand not served and the mean reserve capacity. The results are illustrated by two examples.
