Abstract: The non-crystalline semiconductors exhibit a domain structure. These domains have very small size and are separated by abrupt interfaces with highly distorted covalent bonds. The diffraction effects produced by short- wavelength electromagnetic radiation in various simulated networks have been investigated. !10
