X-ray topography of single crystal zinc germanium phosphide

摘要

The ternary semiconductor ZnGeP_2 shows considerable potential for non-linear optical applications. In this paper we present the double crystal x-ray topography of a large single crystal ZnGeP_2 sample grown using the horizontal Bridgman technique. To our knowledge this is the first report of x-ray topography on this material system.
