Intellectual property, as a right with property nature, is playing a more and more important role in today's modem society which regards scientific and technological progress as the core, and is an significant method to produce wealth. Although there are related regulations in systems in China, it's very difficult to accomplish financing in practice through pledging intellectual property. Commercial banks play an important role in realizing the pledge system and strategy of intellectual property right in our country, hence;it's worth our discussing and researching the risks control and realization of pledge in this system.
